In this shipping policy, the words you, your, they, their, user, customer, and client address the purchaser. Whereas the terms "us," "we," and "our" are referred to as Spark Caps.

• Spark Caps ensures safe and secure transportation of products all around Pakistan.
• Courier charges will depend upon the weight of the parcel and the dispatch location.
• Currently, Spark Caps only offers COD (cash on delivery) mode of payment. Online payment methods have not been launched yet.
• Once you place an order at Spark Caps, we will send a confirmation message to your provided number to confirm the order status. Soon after the dispatch, you will get the order tracking number to trace your order dispatch status.
• Customers can check their orders at the time they receive the parcel. No returns and refunds will be provided if there is no major fault in the products.

Spark Caps reserve the right to modify or change the shipping policy. If we amend the shipping policy, we will send all our customers an intimation regarding the policy update.
